-Under 18 years of age
-Pregnant or lactating women
-Skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated
-Chronic Coldsores (4 times a year)
-Allergies to makeup or minerals
-Easily triggered post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
-Transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
-History of Keloid
-Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
-Uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder
-Accutane or steroids
-FITZPATRICK Scale Skin Types 5 & 6
-Allergies to numbing agents such as Lidocaine, Tetracaine, benzocaine, epinepherine.
-Answering yes to any of the above disqualifies you as a candidate to receive RosieLips.

MUST RECEIVE DOCTORS APPROVAL/PRESCRIPTION/CONSULT
-Taking bloodthinners: You must receive approval from your doctor to discontinue blood thinners in the 48 hours before your service.
-Accutane usage: You must be 2 years post your last day of Accutane to be considered as a candidate but your results may not heal well or be permanent.
-Immunocompromised Indiviudual: (Cancer in remission, controlled diabetes) Weakened immune systems will increase the risk of infection, rejection, & results.
-History of cold sores: Those with chronic coldsores are not candidates. Those with sporadic breakouts must start a anti-coldsore medication: (Zovirax), famciclovir (Famvir), and valacyclovir (Valtrex). If you have experience a cold sore on your lips or around your face, it is highly recommended that you start your anti-viral medication 1 week prior to your service and continue to take it until your lips have healed.
-If you fell into any of the above medical conditions, we ask that you weigh the risk versus benefits and make a safe/doctor approved decision whether Rosie Lips are right for you.

- You are would can commit 2-5 years to a natural & subtle looking tint to lips
- You are looking to define , not change, the natural lip shape.
-You can tolerate possible discomfort during & up to 2 days post treatment
