Appointments can be booked on the Potion website by clicking on BOOK. If you need help booking an appointment, or you would like to request an appointment with a specific practitioner, please text the booking line at 512.812.7553 with your name (new clients), email address, services, & ideal appointment days/times.

Our facial packages are designed for individuals who are looking to schedule recurring facials, or have a specific skin goal they’d like to achieve that requires multiple sessions. Purchasing a facial package saves you 10% versus purchasing each facial individually.

Facials purchased with a package can be shared with written consent from the package holder. We ask that facials be used within 5 years of purchasing.

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase date. A 20% dormancy fee will be deducted per each year that the card remains unused. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Cards are equivalent to dollar value, service prices may change within the valid period of a gift card. It is the gift card holder’s responsibility to use their gift card within a year to avoid incurring the dormancy fee.

Deposits for services with Liv can be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment that is within 30 days of the original date in the case of cancellations/reschedules outside of the 72hr pre-appt window. Cancellations and no-shows within the 72hr window will follow Potion’s standard cancellation policy.
