EARLY CANCELLATIONS

Early cancellation is a cancellation of your appointment 48 hours or more before your appointment. There is no charge or harm done by canceling early. You can typically cancel your own appointment through your booking confirmation email. However, in some cases you will need to reach out to us via the booking line in order to change your appointment.


HABITUAL CANCELLATIONS

We may require you to prepay for services if you have accrued several cancellations, regardless of whether they are early or late cancellations.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your service is still a cancellation & will be charged as a late cancellation. Practitioners reserve the right to waive rescheduling fees on a per case basis for existing & long term clients only.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

A late cancellation is a cancellation of your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment. You must call or text to inform us of your cancellation. 

  • 48 hours = 50% cancellation fee

  • 24 hours = 80% fee

  • 3 hours = 100% fee


LATE CANCELLATION CHARGE EXCEPTIONS

Each practitioner reserves the right to waive a late cancellation on a per case basis for existing & long term clients only. New clients will be charged late cancellation fees.

LATE ARRIVALS

Better late than never, but if we cannot accommodate your service because of a late arrival we must charge you as a no show appointment.

NO CALL, NO SHOW

A no-call, no-show is when you do not call/text to inform us that you will not be coming to your appointment. We will charge you 100% of the service fee in the case of a No Call-No Show, and will require prepayment should you wish to schedule again. We will contact you to inform you of your no-show charge.


NO EXCEPTIONS FOR NO SHOWS

Standing us up is never ever okay.

WE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO PREPAY 100% OF YOUR NEXT BOOKED SERVICE.
