Meet the CREW

  • Founder/Aesthetician/Scorpio Rising

Skincare & aesthetic therapy has been an innate practice of mine since childhood that evolved into my professional aesthetician career which I began as a teenager. Over 15 years & thousands of clients treated later, I can still say I am absolutely entranced with my craft. I love to strengthen my clients’ relationship with their sacred garment (skin) through multi-dimensional perspectives, patience, practice, & most importantly — consistency.

I started my private practice, Potion, in 2017 with the intention of creating a unique & non-intimidating setting for conscientious skincare treatments. All the skincare products used & sold are completely non-toxic.

Outside of the treatment room, I’m spending as much time as possible with my husband Mikey, my 9 year old daughter Sofia, 1 year old son Zak & our dumb cat Potato.

  • Esthetician/Mama/Capricorn

I’ve been an esthetician in ATX for 10+ years, and feel so lucky to call it my career. My entire esthetics philosophy is centered around gentle, thoughtful changes that create lasting effects in your skin. I truly believe in my craft and all it’s capable of — your skin is a beautiful, powerful thing; we all have the tools to keep it healthy and absolutely glowing! Together we can work towards your goals, while letting you catch your breath from the busy world in the process.

I’m a native Texan, a wife to a furniture maker, and a mom to my sweet baby Marie: we feel SO lucky to call Austin our home.

I’m beyond happy to have brought my practice to Potion, and cannot wait to meet you!

  • Esthetician/Wax Enthusiast/Scorpio

I arrived in the esthetics world motivated by a personal journey with acne and a budding love for what is now popularly regarded as self care. I have been an esthetician for 15 years and over this time, I have fallen deeper and deeper in love with my craft.

I like to regard my work space as a safe place for people to retreat to, let down their guard, put down their devices, and let the parasympathetic nervous system take over to fully relax. Through this process and from this space is where I believe an effective skin care journey can begin. I have extensive training in product knowledge, chemical peels, manual lymphatic drainage massage, and much much more.

I also adore waxing. I am a perfectionist by nature, so I delight in finding every last hair you desire to have removed! I am beyond thrilled to be a part of the team at Potion, and I’m looking forward to treating you to some much needed relaxation and skin love.

On my off days, you can find me doing introvert-y things like taking long walks, reading, taking hot saunas, and painting paint-by-numbers. I’m a proud mother to a phenomenal six year old named Milla and a puggle (pug/beagle) named Maria. And always by my side is my man Glenn :)

  • Cosmetic Tattoo Artist/Iridescent Queerdo/“The Dad-Friend”

A former mental health counselor with numerous chronic conditions, I found myself seeking that divine balance between caring for myself and caring for others. After much training, months of mentorship and a village of helping hands, I was fortunate to forge this marriage of my passions (and creativity!) in cosmetic tattooing.

I fell in love with eyebrows when I began playing around with my own to define shapes that felt more affirming to my gender fluidity. A brow-obsessed, lifelong artist, I noticed a general lack of affirming permanent makeup environments; I set out on my PMU journey with a clear vision guided by virtues I hold dear: inclusivity, collaboration, integrity, compassion and nurturance of your individual nature.

Today, I am certified in Ombre/Powder Brows, PMU Color Theory, Pointillism Technique, BBP, and am working towards a Nano Brow certification.

I hope to offer you a safe(r) space to make your cosmetic tattoo visions come to life here at Potion and can’t wait to connect with you!

If I’m not practicing my craft, I can be found spending time in my personal plant “forest”, enjoying wildflowers, singing, getting creative in any number of mediums or goofing around with my partner, pup and cat.

  • Restorative Tattoo Artist/Maximizer/Gemini

I’ve been in the creative industry for 20 years as a hair and make-up artist for film, TV, ad campaigns, celebrity grooming, etc. and in salons as a hairstylist. Having a strong connection with my clients behind the chair and getting to work within a tactile art form has kept me very happy in my career. I attended art school and have been practicing with many different mediums from a young age. I currently have clients that have been seeing me for 14 years that I take care of a few days a month.

I’m now focused on building a beautiful career as a medical tattoo artist. This includes 3D areola restoration for breast cancer survivors, and those who have had gender affirming surgeries, as well as scar camouflage. 3D Areola Tattooing is a very specific art form that should be performed by a seasoned artist that can create hyper realistic art. Receiving areola tattoos is an incredibly powerful step in a healing journey. For many it's the final piece; something that makes them feel comfortable in their body no matter what their journey has been.

I look forward to meeting people who are ready or contemplating this step!

Who is she?? She’s giving: PISCES!

Also known as Midnite Maven, I’m a Chicago born artist, entertainer, esoteric advisor & herbal practitioner. After six years in Oakland, California, I currently reside in a magical garden nestled into the heart of my hometown’s historic Ukrainian Village neighborhood, while splitting my time between Chicago, Austin, TX and New York City.

A former student of the School of the Art Institute Chicago, I’ve transmutated as a visual & performance artist [with accomplishments including the Burlesque Hall of Fame], herbal and folk medicine enthusiast, creative consultant, tattooist & teacher. Creative & Professional Certifications include Herbalism, Perfumery, Ornamental Dental Jewelry, Bloodborne Pathogen Training for Body Art & Barbicide.

Brew Deux Vous uses the ubiquity of practical magic to remedy the soul. This blossoming esoteric garden features locally made small batch medicinal goods featuring zealously crafted aromatic profiles and herbal alliances, intended to reconnect the body with its psychic landscape. Herbaceous spells that promote healing and stimulate the senses.

When off the Tooth Fairy & Garden Guardian clock, you can find me on my Pole, on an airplane, painting or floating in a Spirit Bath. Ase & Abracadabra!

  • Studio Assistant/Lover Girl/Cancer

As a big time advocate for self care I prioritize any ritual in order to feel peace and tranquillity. The industry of Esthetics has always intrigued me from a very young age and is something that I have an overwhelming passion for! As a studio assistant, I act as a guide to clients as they transition out of a service and provide them with knowledge on products and help book their next appointment!

About Me: I have lived in Austin my whole life and am currently almost finished with my degree in social media communication, I am also a big time foodie! I may at times give off shy vibes but I am an ultimate listener who loves conversation and chitchats. Makeup is my favorite topic, and it’s the only hobby I never gave up (haha)

In my free time I love to thrift, listen to feel good music, and spend time with the people closest to me!

  • Licensed Massage Therapist/Certified Esalen® Massage Practitioner/Pisces Moon

I choose to do this work because I want to help people befriend their own bodies.

Because becoming in touch with ourselves is an ongoing task of life, and bodywork, as I’ve come to understand it, is a means of continually learning who we are.

In 2020 I opened my private practice, Touch Ceremony, with the mission of giving back significance to rituals of touch and felt experience. In a violent, or sometimes even boring, world, my practice is about creating the awareness to feel better, to feel more.

I'm certified in Esalen® massage by the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, as well as in cupping therapy by the International Cupping Therapy Association, and I’m an active student of the Trager® Approach through Trager International.

When I’m not dancing around a massage table, I’m probably homesteading at my property in Lockhart, deepening myself at a somatics workshop in some faraway place, or floating in a Texas river.

  • Psychic Medium/Ancestral Worker/Plant Nerd

    Piyalli!

I’m Al and with much humility it is my pleasure to offer my services here at Potion. Since a young age I’ve held a deep relationship with the spirit realm while also feeling called to be of service to something much greater than myself.

My main goal is to uphold the highest integrity and respect with any containers I co-create with clients and their spirit teams. I’m not just a Tarot reader - I’m an ancestral worker here to be a bridge for our community in reconnecting to spirit, the ancestors, and our lost traditions. All of my knowledge and skills I’ve gained throughout the years I bring with me into sessions, it’s a space where deep transformations take place.

When I’m not reading for others you can find me practicing danza or in ceremony with my Kalpulli, continuing my knowledge of Curanderismo and herbalism, crafting herbal remedies, cooking, reading, or cuddling with my fur babies and life partner.

I look forward to working with you.
